     During the Onsite Relevel Quote Appointment, our highly trained Home Leveling Specialist will thoroughly determine the severity of the unlevel condition of the home, investigate the possible cause of the home shifting and becoming unlevel, assess the type of ground that the home is situated on, evaluate the home's current support system and whether it is suitable enough to evenly distribute the home's weight, and finally, identify the materials, equipment, and the estimated manpower hours needed to effectively get the home back to its original level state.

     Jaedyn's Home Leveling requires a non-refundable deposit fee of $282.50, which includes HST. This deposit fee must be paid upfront before we can book and confirm your Onsite Relevel Quote Appointment date. Since it is a non-refundable deposit fee, we offer a practical solution to the homeowner, and we will deduct the $282.50 paid deposit fee from the final Quote to Relevel invoice. So, technically speaking, the deposit fee serves as a down payment towards the overall cost of releveling your home.
